Description
This morning excursion covers the key natural and cultural sites of northern Lanzarote, timed to fit cruise ship schedules. Begin by traveling through Los Valles and the lush Valley of a Thousand Palms, arriving at Haría near the ancient Corona volcano, a fertile area contrasting with the island’s volcanic landscape.
Guinate Cliff Viewpoint
The tour proceeds to Famara massif, rising about 500 metres above sea level. From this viewpoint, enjoy panoramic views of the Chinijo archipelago and La Graciosa island, a prime location for photos.
Jameos del Agua
The journey continues to Jameos del Agua, a volcanic site formed inside a lava tube by the Corona volcano. The collapsed tunnel with seawater lagoon is home to endemic blind albino crabs. Designed by César Manrique, the venue blends volcanic nature with art and architecture for a unique underground experience. Entrance is included.
Return to Port
The return trip takes you through traditional villages such as Arrieta and Guatiza, arriving back at the port around 11:30 AM for a relaxed return to your cruise ship.
