Entre Latidos (Generación 63) is a family-run winery in La Vegueta, Tinajo, in the volcanic landscape of Lanzarote. We make natural wines with minimal intervention and open our doors by appointment to welcome you as if you were at home.
The Volcanic Wine Experience lasts about 90 minutes and is experienced in three stages:
The Soil. You'll walk on the volcanic ash among the grape vines and feel where everything that later reaches the glass sinks its roots.
The Glass. A guided tasting of three natural wines, with volcanic Malvasia as the common thread.
The Table. To finish, a platter of artisan cheeses and seasonal Canarian flavors, shared in a relaxed atmosphere.
Small groups of 10 people or less, in the morning or afternoon, in Spanish or English. A serene and sensory visit for those who want to discover the Lanzarote that was born from ash.
