Typical Lesson Structure
- Welcome & Preparation: Meet on the beach or at the designated meeting point, receive your gear (surfboard, wetsuit, Lycra), and be grouped based on skill level.
- Warm-up & Safety Briefing: Engage in a dynamic warm-up, then learn essential safety rules covering wave and current behavior, board handling, surfer priority, and fall protocol.
- Technical Explanation on Sand: Understand positioning on the board, effective paddling, passing through foam, and the “take-off” movement with dry exercises before entering the water.
- Practice in the Water: Under instructor supervision, apply the techniques on the waves with personalized corrections and encouragement in small groups.
