Explore the history and tradition of gofio, a staple food of Lanzarote. The experience begins with a guided tour of the mill, revealing customs and heritage related to gofio production.
During the workshop, you will prepare a gofio pella, blending aromas and flavors, followed by tasting a soft gofio cream and traditional shortbread made on site. A demonstration of the gofio pella preparation completes the visit.
