Over 2 to 3 days, this course introduces specialized breathing techniques, equipment use, and essential safety procedures to prepare you for dives up to 10 meters.

Training continues with one dynamic apnea session and one static apnea session to refine your technique, breathing, and compensation skills. The course concludes with three open water sessions focusing on rescue practice, dive partner monitoring, and self-assessment.
