Description
You will be picked up at the cruise arrival pier and driven north through the scenic Natural Park toward Corralejo. The route includes stops at iconic sites such as the Sand Dunes with views of Lobos and Lanzarote islands.
The tour continues to El Cotillo, passing the village of Lajares, agave fields, and volcanoes. Visit the Tostón Lighthouse to see the ocean’s power on one side and crystal-clear natural pools on the other. A short walk at Castillo del Tostón offers coastal cliffs and the wave-exposed Piedra Playa beach.
There is a break for coffee, souvenirs, and restroom access while overlooking a small tourist harbor. Next, visit the Villaverde Mills for views of Arena Volcano and the rural interior, followed by a stop at La Oliva’s church square.
The return route to Puerto del Rosario passes the Sacred Mountain of Tindaya, the Miguel de Unamuno monument, La Matilla, Tetir, La Asomada, Los Estancos technology park, and the old airport terminal. The descent provides views of the city and your cruise ship in port.
Throughout the tour, the guide shares local history and details about the stops. The photographer captures natural, spontaneous images without forced poses and assists with personal smartphone photos if desired. The van accommodates up to 6 guests in air-conditioned comfort for a relaxed experience.
