Description

After meeting with your guide for your tour, you will begin your half-day excursion to visit Teguise. This city used to be the island's main city, and there is a very varied popular street market which takes place every Sunday. You will have free time to visit the markets, with the possibility of watching performances by folk groups in the town’s central square. You will find yourself surrounded by historic sites, including the church or “Palacio Spínola”. Afterwards, visit the César Manrique Foundation, located in the old house of the magnificent Lanzarote-born artist. Here, you will be able to contemplate César Manrique’s work, as well as various paintings and sculptures by other different avant-garde artists.
