Description
At Calma Campus · Famara Yoga, we practice from a place of calm: clear technique, gentle pace, and adjustments for every body. No experience needed: in each session, we offer gentle variations and advanced options, so beginners, intermediates, and experienced practitioners can safely share the space. We mix up different yoga styles to make the practice complete.
What we do in class:
Landing: breathing (Anāpāna) and body presence to slow down.
Mobility and alignment: gentle Hatha & Vinyasa with postural attention; using blocks, belts, and blankets.
Elastic strength: sequences that stabilize joints and take care of your back.
Regulation of the nervous system: pauses, rhythm, and listening 'outwards and inwards'.
Mindful closure: guided relaxation/short meditation.
Adjustments
Pregnancy, seniors, occasional discomfort, or high stress: we always suggest safe modifications.
You can pick the intensity (option A/B) for key poses and transitions.
Time: 60 mins
At the end, we share a tea to wrap up the practice and leave feeling light.
