Are you ready for the most unforgettable experience of your holiday? Come discover the magic of scuba diving in Lanzarote – no experience needed, just a sense of wonder! Your adventure begins at Atlantis Diving Lanzarote, a professional dive center located just a few steps from the sea in Puerto del Carmen. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a smile and introduced to your personal dive instructor. We keep groups small – maximum three people per instructor – to ensure you feel completely safe, supported, and confident every step of the way. After a short briefing at the center over a coffee or tea, you’ll receive an introduction to the basic principles of scuba diving: how to breathe underwater, equalize pressure, move safely with the equipment, and communicate with hand signals. The training is fun, friendly, and adapted to your personal rhythm. You’ll try on your gear, fitted perfectly to your size, and feel like a true diver before even stepping into the sea. Then we’ll head to the beach or harbor, where your instructor will prepare and check the scuba gear together with you. This is the moment it starts to feel real – your heart beats a little faster, your curiosity grows, and the ocean is calling your name. But don’t worry – your instructor will be right beside you, every step of the way. Slowly and calmly, you’ll enter the water. At your own pace, you’ll practice a few simple exercises in shallow water until you feel confident. Once you're ready, it’s time to descend gently into the blue and discover a whole new world. You’ll explore the volcanic seabed of Lanzarote at a maximum depth of 6 meters (20 feet), where life bursts with color and movement. You might see parrotfish, octopuses, trumpetfish, barracudas, rays, or even playful cuttlefish. With visibility often exceeding 20 meters, Lanzarote offers some of the clearest, calmest waters in Europe. The dive lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes underwater, depending on your comfort and air consumption. But the emotions will stay with you forever. Floating weightlessly, surrounded by silence and wonder, many people describe this moment as life-changing. A feeling of freedom, connection, and awe that words can barely describe. The full experience takes between 2 to 3 hours. After the dive, you’ll return to the center with your instructor, who will debrief with you and share your impressions. You’ll receive a certificate of participation and can even apply this dive as credit if you decide to continue your scuba adventure with the Open Water Diver course. This program is offered by Atlantis Diving, an official SSI (Scuba Schools International) Training Center, internationally recognized for quality, safety, and personalized attention. • You must be able to fully understand the language of your instructors to participate. It is your responsibility to be able to fully understand the safety briefings. If you do not have the language skills in the language that you select when booking, the activity provider will not compromise on safety and will not take you diving (nor will you be eligible for a refund under these circumstances)
• A medical questionnaire is required to be completed online before you can scuba dive
• Ensure that you leave 12 hours between diving and flying
